Case Study- An e-commerce portal built for a world-wide customer with a goal to be more accessible to its local and international customers. To accomplish their goal to reach out to customers in various regions, the website was built for sale the personal care products for men and women.

E-commerce – Unlike other e-commerce websites, this website has many e-commerce features. There are multiple payment methods like Paypal, with credit card support from major providers such as VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay set up in the website.

Product Features -This website feature provides different products. The products were categorized like colour correction and hair thickening&volume so that they are easily searchable for the users. Each product has its own detail page wherein all the information is available for the product.

Easy Shopping – To make it easy for the users to buy and place orders, an easy to manage shopping cart and checkout system was put in place so that, an order is placed in no time. Another feature included was a coupon discount system for user’s facilitation in getting the benefits from the store owners. To be informed of the status of the placed, order tracking from leading service providers was included in the website.

Api’s– This site used ShipBob API’s for delivery and return the products from customers. Shipbob third party integration site manages the all return and delivery products and sent records to this site which is a very helpful feature for them.

Other features – Social media like Facebook, Twitter , Pinterest , Instagram and Google+ were used to provide easily connect with them.

Discount Offers for Newsletter customers: This is the another feature for customers. Discount coupon provided when user signing up for first time to newsletter.

Admin Portal: Admin manage the all customers information, order records, discounts option. Admin is added all the products information from backend and he is providing the discount coupon when user signing up for first time to newsletter.
