An established business in Canada wanted to implement health and safety complaint inspection reports. We provided them a solution that is accessible from laptop, tablet, and mobile.

Case study: This is the app which used to eliminate the hassle and ineffectiveness of a paper-based safety inspection process. The company owner wants to generate customized inspection reports for any equipment on any web device.

User Access Rights – Since, there are many types of users at various levels, each having his own usability for the application, there are a very dynamic user management and access rights setup. Admin being at top of the hierarchy level is able to create company owners and users.

There are different equipment with its inspection report. The challenging part of this module is able to manage different equipment altogether. Our team implemented that type of site how the client needed.

Users or admin can add the items reports after filling the predefined form and own created form. There is the two type of form: one which anyone can use as custom and another particular company can make the new template according to their equipment item.

The Company made template is only accessible for its own company users.

Feature: One of the main features is implemented is a map. When a user is sharing an inspection report with someone, a shared person can see the location of the user with latitude and longitude features.

Another feature is, user can attach the photo as a proof for the user in the inspection report. User can see the actual problem after view the attached image.
