Project Brief

The application was built for the internal usage of a leading Firesealing Company in Sweden named BC Brandtätning. This application was built for the documentation of their Firesealing and Fire Insulation Work on various buildings.

Project Details

Case Study:  Basically, this application is used for documentation of particular building, floors and it’s sections. User has access to add and remove the pdf/document for a particular section or for all sections with implement feature.

Admin and other users(who has access) can access to edit or remove the floors, sections Admin can set the blueprint marker on the pdf. This will be very helpful for the user’s to point or mark the area with Blueprint marker to understand the area. Admin can also send the pdf with image feature to other users.

Roles and Conditions: Team has faced very challenges in implementing conditions based on different users according to their roles and permissions. Conditions set based for employee, contact and consultant.

Email Template Feature: Admin can set and edit the email template for login user, forget password case and other emails. This is the easy way to set the email template automatically with different parameters.

This application allows the administrator or users to change the language in English and Swedish. According to language all messages, warnings shown in the selected language. All pages, email templates, they can manage according to their understandable language.

An all in one application that allows the company to keep documentation for all building’s section’s records, employees, customers and its consultation. The application allows one to add as many employees, consultants and customers to the system as required. The system then helps admin keep a record of an ongoing project, completed project, employees, customers suspend and unsuspend, along with activities for each user on his dashboard.

Based on the permissions assigned to an employee, the system can be configured so as to include or exclude access to any module of the system.

A module designed to see the ongoing project, completed project and admin can see customer and employees on his main page. He can see all the activities of all users on this page.
