We began by working with the My Icebox team to determine the best approach to their business, created a roadmap for their customer’s journey, and developed target customer personas. With those keys in place, we then created a custom web platform for membership enrollment and menu management. We took a mobile-first approach, knowing that the majority of their acquisition would be from social media, email, and referral. We also created an automated email and SMS notification solution to ensure member engagmeent. We helped My Icebox strategize and implement a pre-launch initiative, which included social media advertising, email marketing, and exclusive live tasting events.
